Careers in Physics

Introducing a new series of events hosted by the Physics Department entitled ‘Careers in Physics’.
We are working with our alumni and local employers to offer these event, which are aimed at Standard and Higher grade students and will address some of the issues and frequently asked questions that have come to our attention from students deciding which subject to study at university. These issues can be loosely summarised by the question ‘what career can I get with a degree in physics?’

Upcoming events

Advanced Higher Days: We will be running a series of Advanced Higher days during which students will be able to attend talks and lab classes directly related to their Advanced Higher Physics studies – we will be contacting schools about these days soon but in the meantime feel free to contact us at careers@phys.strath.ac.uk or by telephone on 0141 548 3366 for more information.
